Klout, is similar to Clout, but in an online sense. It’s a measure of your influence in Social Networks. Every time you create content or engage you influence others. The Klout Score uses data from social networks in order to measure:
- True Reach: How many people you influence
- Amplification: How much you influence them
- Network Impact: The influence of your network
If you’re thinking about the ROI on Social Networking then you should probably do a baseline analysis of what your Klout Score is today. Don’t worry if it’s a low number today. The only way is UP, and if you really put the effort in, then the Klout Score will Reflect that.
